1. 1. Orders and payment

Registration
To place an order a registration in the webshop is required. After the registration you will obtain an confirmation mail.

Orders
After placing an order you will also receive an confirmation mail including informations regarding payment condition. After receiving your money you will obtain a confirmation mail with invoice. This invoice serves as a confirmation of payment at the venue; please keep an identification badge with you which can be asked at the counter.

Payment
The ordered articles have to been paid within 14 days per pre-cash (money order) or PayPal.

Tickets reservation
We do not place reservations.

Tickets delivery
We do not send tickets, neither VIP nor attendance cards.

Order tournament entry fees
Your announcement will be only valid when money has been transfered to our account. If the seeding list is full at placing your announcement, the 1. Union Wels BC will return the money fully.

Order tournament-entry cards
The 1. Union Wels BC will not place reservations or send tickets. If you cancel the tournament, no money will be returned. The 1. Union Wels BC has the authorisation to check identity cards or vouchers at the accreditation counter.

Through your acquirement the card holder has to subdue the rules of the house as well as the dispositions of the organiser and is bounded to keep them.

A cancellation, redemption or reclassification of the tickets or voucher (except cancellation) is not applicable. An alternative for not or only partly used tickets or even lost tickets can not be achieved. Even timely postponement or reshuffle of the players does not authorise the user to return his ticket. Changements in the time scale respectivelly of the allocation belong explicitly to the 1. Union Wels Billard Club. Through your acquirement the user has to subdue the houserules of the Bosch-Halle. In case of dissemination of the ticket the former user has to inform the later one that each appointment to the 1. Union Wels Billard Club, the houserules of the Bosch-Halle has to be kept.

Programm-, Schedule- or shuffle changes belong to the organiser (or the venue) and no refund is applicable. In case of innocent cancellation of a any player no costs (hotel, arrival/departure, shipment, adaption, etc.) will be refunded. The user of this card gives his explicit acceptance to the TV institute, that the pictures/videos will be not compensated via money. In case of damage to property or physical injure the 1. Union Wels Billard Club does not take any accountability.

2. Validity

The deliveries, performances and offers of our business take place exclusively on the basis of these business-conditions. Deviant conditions of the customer need our written consent. Contract-fulfillment-actions of us are not regarded as consent to contract-conditions deviant from our conditions in this respect. These business-conditions are regarded also for all further legal transactions between the contract-parties as general-agreement.

3. Contract-resignation

By the signing of a contract at internet (online shop) the consumer can resign from the contract within 7 working days, for what Saturdays don't count as working days. The period begins with the day of order. It suffices to send the resignation-explanation within this period.

4. Remind - and collection-expenses

The covenantor (customer) commits himself for the case of the delay, that to replace the creditor of created reminds and collection-expenses, as far as they are necessary to the appropriate prosecution. He/it commits himself in the particular to replace the reimbursements of the called in collection-institute. If the creditor makes the reminding of payment by himself, the debtor is indebted, to pay € 15,00 for each reminder and to pay € 5,00 for the prosecution of the obligation each ½ year.

5. Place of fulfillment

Place of fulfillment is the adress of the club.

6. Scope, place of jurisdiction, applicable law

It is worth Austrian right. The applicability of the UN-purchase-right is excluded expressly. The contract-language is German. The contract-parties arrange Austrian, domestic jurisdiction. Is it not a consumer-business, is to the decision of all disputes originating from this contract, that responsible local court at the seat of our business.

7. Data protection, address-alteration and copyright

The customer agrees that the data provided by him electronically can be electronically processed by 1. Union Wels BC to execute the contract. The customer is indebted to announce alterations of his/its e-mail-address to us as long as the contract-representational legal transaction is not filled completely mutually. If the notice is omitted, so explanations even then are regarded as conveyed if they are sent to the finally announced address.
